In this phase we get to know and understand our clients, to be able to work from their perspective. We maximise this cross-pollination between us by brainstorming together using our tools. We explore and define their identity, target groups, trends, opportunities, peripheral conditions, production techniques...
The output of this phase is a clearly defined mission statement which can be used to take on the idea generation.

Brainstorming, sketching and bread boarding are the verbs that form the centre point in this phase. We look for added value and innovation for our clients in a divergent and visual manner. We explore the possibilities and borders within the proposed design letter so that, together with our clients, we are able find actual product concepts.
The results of this idea generation are product proposals, ready for further development.

When finalising products there is a strong interaction between the sketches and our software. We design each sub-problem on a micro-level, with an accuracy that is no longer possible with a pencil. Design, choice of material and technical precision leads to the completeness of a product.
